Damien was great and kept his word! My car was in and out in less than an hour. That’s a first and made me really happy.
This is the second time i make and appointment and get Nyha Henry as an advisor. This is the second time I show up to an appointment and I am told by her that they cannot see me. On todays visit I arrived early 1:15 I asked the guy who led me into the bay if it was ok and if I would be made to wait since my appoinment is at 3. He then looked at his tablet and said no actually your service advisor has no appointment s now and should be able to get you started. Once Nyha came out she said “we will have to wait till your appointment time and we are really busy right now so I do know why they let you come early. It will be best to come back at 3 cause if not you will be waiting a long time.” I understood that I was early and i came back at my time. However then I realized there was no cars anymore. I did speak to the manager who was confused since she said today was a slow day and she isnt sure why i was turned away. My frustration comes from the same service advisor constantly turning away business. When the bays are empty. Im sure Im not the first or last.
