Today’s service went beyond my expectation. My vehicle was serviced and returned to me in less then an Hour . The service person Richard Davis was polite , considerate and explained all the work that was done to the vehicle. Thank you Toyota and Richard for making me feel like a valued customer

The only negative from today’s experience was that you don’t seem to have your own courtesy vehicle. I was asked to wait outside for a Lyft Driver that was supposed to be there in 6 minutes. I’m a diabetic and have also had heatstroke 3 times. After 23 minutes of waiting in the 90 plus degree heat, I decided if I wanted to get some much needed food into me, I’d have to walk to Burger King. Therefore the courtesy ride was a total failure.
