Very disappointed with the service at Toyota Wesley Chapel. Yesterday, they delivered my car with another scratch in the upholstery, and the upholstery was also loose. I truly don't understand why they treated me this way. I'd lost days of work to have your car not fixed the way you wanted it. Yesterday, before picking up my car at 5:25 pm, a coworker of Damian's observed what I just explained and even took pictures. He told me he would let you know, Damian. But I don't think it happened because no one from Toyota Tampa Wesley Chapel called me to see what had happened. I'm truly disappointed with the shop's service. I'm even afraid to send my car back there, even for a simple oil change. I'm truly sorry for this review, but I don't know what to think anymore. Greetings, and God bless.

Everything was ready when I got at dealership. She has full knowledge of the car. Answer everything I asked about noise after parking the car she said it’s due to parking brake in action.
This question is for Toyota : I was not happy about as the Limited car comes with lager display then why the maps are blurry on top about 1” area ?
If I do car play the whole display lights up perfectly as it should be.
