Always a pleasure working with Rich K. and servicing my vehicle. A bit bummed I had to take on the financial responsibility on the replacement of a port installed accessory I didn't select on the built sheet at the time of purchase, but grateful the diagnostic fee from my prior service went towards the repair. Also thankful for a ride to grab lunch while my vehicle was being worked on. Despite the shop being backed up, Rich kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. Thank you Rich.
