Everyone I encountered was pleasant and considerate. Nichol was very nice and I was quickly kept informed of my car’s progress. Wait was half as long as originally stated and car problem fixed without any issues whatsoever.

Scott King did an outstanding job getting me in and out. The entire experience was phenomenal and I was in and out in under an hour. My Rav 4 drives excellent. I will absolutely be coming back to Scott for my 15K mile check up. Somebody give Scott a bonus because he deserves it.

I’m disappointed with the recent service experience, where I was told I should replace my air and cabin air-filter for a $150.00 when my car has less than 9,000 miles. This cost seemed very high when you sell the filters at your dealership for $50. 00. It feels unnecessary and misleading to push services that clearly aren’t needed this early. I expected more honesty and transparency from a reputable service center.
