All the staff were great. Very nice. But I waited 30 minutes in the bay you pull the car into. Took a 5 min Power Nap too. Appointment was for 12:30, adviser didn’t come to me until 12:55. Cool dude, (gave me 25$ off) but dang, that was a long time. And for an oil change; rotate the tires, and multi point inspection, it took 2 1/2 hours. Felt like it took way longer than it should have.. Great staff, but feels like the mechanics are dragging their feet. But I still appreciate them for what they do.

My experience with WC Toyota has been awesome. Even though I had to come all the way back to have a couple of things done that should have been done prior to my purchase of a Gold Certified pre-owned Toyota, the staff I dealt with treated me great. The folks I dealt with, Joanne, Larry, and James during the sale and Naya and Rich Kindle for the repair were all very transparent about it helping me to see this dealership is not like others. Next time I look for a vehicle WC Toyota will be my first stop. Keep up the great work, guys!
