Alignment was completed incorrectly, vehicle now pulls right even more then before technician even took it on a 10 mile test drive and still returned the vehicle to me in worse shape then before. Upon returning my truck to me. my carpet floor mats were stained with oil and black footprints leaving my truck a complete mess even going as far as loosing the carpet floor mat retainer clip. the side plastic on my seat was also broken off and simply left dangling there by the Toyota service team. although through all the troubles Caesar was an amazing service advisor and was quick to fix my stained rug and get the side of my seat fixed. i will be back again soon in regards to my vehicles alignment still being incorrectly adjusted.
