Don is awesome, he was so helpful and he did an awesome job helping me out as a walk in. He was able to get me back and out the door in a timely manner being a walk in.

STOP trying to sell me stuff every time I go. Today, you tried to tell me my rear brake pads needed replacing when I just did this earlier this year. Then, you trued to charge me for my tire rotation but I bought the tires from you. You have also tried to charge my son for his oil change but they are supposed to be included in the purchase of the vehicles. I don’t trust you guys as far as I can throw you!

I’m writing to express my frustration regarding the tire protection plan I purchased with my Toyota vehicle. I recently had two tire issues: one tire exploded, and another had a screw or similar object embedded in it.
I reached out expecting support under the tire warranty, but the only solution I was given was to purchase new tires. Once again, I have to ask: what is the point of having tire protection if it doesn’t actually cover real problems?
This experience has been very disappointing. I feel let down by the service and the lack of support. I kindly request a proper review of my case and a clear explanation of the coverage I paid for.
