Daniel provided us with excellent customer service. He Kept us abreast on the recommendations by the mechanic. Provided us with education throughout the process as to what was recommended and why. Kept us updated by phone on the progress of the service. Displayed strong communication skills. Very customer oriented. We will definitely ask for him again next time we bring our vehicles in for service.
I requested that the windshield washer be topped off since I had a low-level indicator. After the oil change was done I noticed it was still indicating the same. When I told the service advisor he said to give a minute to reset. When I got home it never went away. I will buy some to top it off.

I wasn’t kept informed throughout my appt today. My appt was at 7, and I heard nothing for almost 3 hours. I was then told that it was recommended to have the fuel system done, which took another hour. So, minimal communication and a 4 hour wait were unsatisfactory.
