Nicole wasn’t exactly willing to work with the fact that I mistakenly made the appointment with the “drop-off vehicle option”. She could’ve easily made a new appointment with the “wait at dealership” option for me, which is exactly what I did. I would’ve had a shorter promise time than 4 hours. After 3 hours and 3 calls unanswered to Nicole, I had to say something and Alex Ro helped me out immediately. I was there 3 hours for just an oil change and visual inspection. In summary, Alex Ro = great, Nicole = meh.

Amanda was great and I am happy with the service I received from her. It’s the mechanic service I am completely disappointed in. I have taken my vehicle to Toyota when I lived in California to get it serviced. Today my car wouldn’t start, after getting it maintenanced at Wesley Chapel Toyota yesterday. I called my car insurance road side assistance and had my battery jumped. I took it to Auto Zone where they saw clear errossion on my battery. This should have been easily detected by a mechanic at Toyota. It was not mentioned to me during my appointment at Wesley Chapel Toyota that my battery had eroded and needed to be replaced. I will not be taking my car back to Wesley Chapel Toyota for maintenance again.
