They didn’t rotate my tires and no washer fluid thank you the service writer was very nice but other than that i give them one star
Daniel McSwiggen went above and beyond to make sure that all of the repairs and services were taken care of. He was so patient with me explaining everything to me, answering my questions, and made sure that I understood the different repairs needed. I was very pleased with my experience.

Rick was great. He explained everything that was suggested for service so I felt like I had a true understanding of what was needed for my RAV4. Also, the new smart system that texts your multi point inspection was amazing. I could look at the suggestions, talk it over with my husband, and make an informed decision without feeling pressured to authorize work that I didn’t understand. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing work done in their Toyota.

It would be good to have real TV shows for extended repairs. The tv was mostly on Toyota commercials and some house flipping. That's hard to watch for hours.and where did the cookies go?
