Worst service dept/Dealer ever. No regard for people’s time and Flat out liars. Today 7/8/25 I brought my 2024 Tundra in at 2:30 PM for a 5K service and alignment issue since purchase. After roughly 2 hours into the wait (4.30pm ish) the service advisor Rick Davis told me they did the oil change and they are working on the alignment and suspension checks. I didn’t see my truck until 6:45 PM.
When the technician pulled up and handed the keys to the advisor. Right then, I asked the technician directly if he had done all the work on my truck, and he said yes. I asked what time he started as we all walked in. Rick the advisor with the tech present at his desk checked the system and confirmed it was 5:40 PM when the tech started on my truck. That’s over 3 hours after I arrived. So the advisor had been giving me false updates while my truck sat untouched.
On top of that, the alignment clearly wasn’t done correctly. My original issue was a slightly off-center steering wheel, and now I have to hold it even further to the right just to drive straight.
Once they started my truck they definitely rushed, especially considering they supposedly did an oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, alignment check, Fix alignment, and test drive in about an hour
(5.40pm-6.45pm) Management was already gone for the day by the time I left, so I couldn’t even speak to anyone about it.
This place has no respect for people’s time, and worse—lied to my face about what was being done. I will be escalating this to management and Toyota corporate.

We discussed the plan to assess my battery and tire concerns. I was informed that I would receive an inspection review 30 mins after pulling my car back. I waited and waited. 1.5 hour passed by and a I reached out to Joe to hear back regarding what’s happening and I get a response that my battery is no working and they are going to change it. I was asked if I wanted to go along with a lifetime battery pack, I denied and said no. 45 minutes passed by and finally I get my car back. Despite what I said, a lifetime battery pack was installed, my tire pressure concern wasn’t addressed as my drivers back tire pressure was lower than the rest. I was quite upset with the service this time. Typically I have not had a bad experience with Toyota, but this time I was upset at how this situation was handled.
Nicole was helpful answering my question regarding my extended maintenance warranty.
Service was expedient and professional.

The customer service was good, no problem there. I came in on a Tuesday with an 8am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, did not leave u til almost 11:30. Took over an hour to get the initial message that the car had been seen and then waited on it. Great that business is buy, but ~3.5 hours for a simple service seems like the process could use some tidying.
