I came a little early and I waited outside for a staff member to come over to check me in for over 20 minutes in the hot heat. Granted I was in my car with AC but all the other cars the staff was going over to and bringing in their cars. They could’ve at least checked me in & left my car until they were ready. Not happy.
Richard and his team were very organized, transparent and expedited the maintenance of my car. Ani assisted in helping me file a claim with my windshield.

Alex Ro was nice, but I’m not happy that I sat there for over 3 hours and the recall could not be completed because you were missing a part when I was told the parts were in. We had already rescheduled because parts were not in but was told they were in for this appointment.

Alex was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Also,I was very pleased that the work was done in less than an hour.
It was surprising to note as I drove home that the tire pressure was significantly different between all the tires. I would have expected with a tire rotation, this would have been noticed and corrected. Daniel was otherwise quite good.
Nicole was very professional and courteous very understanding of her job, she explained everything to me in detail about what was needed to be done to my car, very reliable
Are you trying to eliminate service advisors? Text messages for updates came sporadically and without explanation. Joe Didio did a good job keeping up with his customers questions at his service desk.
