Was there at noon for appointment.
Gracen was my advisor.
Was promised 5 pm for truck.
At 6:30 I went into service bays looking for Gracen. Young kid asked me if everything was ok.
I said I'm waiting for Gracen to get my truck. Kid said, Gracen leaves at 5.
If I didn't go int service bays I woulda been there till closing.
Tell your service advisors,,,COMMUNICATE to your customers.
I dropped $800.00 that day and treated like that?

I was disappointed my regular advisor, Nyah, was on vacation. However, Joe was a great stand-in. I really appreciated how he respected my request not to be up-sold. A consistent positive experience is why I return to and recommend WC Toyota.
Yes with the service part no with the sale part they told me one price when I was looking at a vehicle and then when we went and do a paperwork it jumped up $8,000 told me I overpaid for my vehicle which is a year newer than the one I was looking at and they were trying to charge me $14,000 then I paid for my vehicle out the door then they tried to tell me they were going to give me one price but then on the paper it wasn't even the price they said they were going to give me so I was very dissatisfied with your sales team but very satisfied with the service they found out what was wrong at least I'm hoping that was what was causing my problem but at least they did try to find out and fix something

My complaint is not with Nicole but with the news that she gave me about my warranty. When I purcgased my truck i was told that i had a bumper to bumper warranty that was good until 102,000 miles. Now she explains to me that the repairs have to be approved by Toyota. But was not expkained to me at the time of me purchasing the vehilcle.

Not happy about the waiting I had to wait four hours
I ended up not staying for my appointment or leaving my vehicle. The wait time was 4 hours, which is unacceptable and I did not have the proper paperwork for a loaner car. Had i known ahead of time, I would have brought it. 4 hours to wait for a recall and tire rotation is ridiculous

The service advisor was awesome and I love Wesley Chapel Toyota! My only issue is the time the service takes-almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire patch even though I arrived at 7:35 for the 7:45 appointment.
