Kept informed during process and service of truck was great.
When I turned my car and I explained to them every time I come they have to do something with their machine to recalibrate it for my car. The last time I was there the service advisor asked if I had any work on the front end done. At the time I couldn't think of anything, and then I remembered that I had the airbag replaced for the recall. Ever since then they've been having trouble doing my alignment properly. My steering wheel is pointing to the left and my wheels are going to the right. Now I have to spend an hour driving there and waste time so that they can redo it.
Very good service answer all concerns very confidently and respectfully.

Well where do I start. My service advisor never came out to my vehicle never knew I was there. I had to go find him and he was online looking at tires. For two hours I never got one update so at the two hour and 15 min mark I went up to Jared and said I can’t wait for the simple oil change and tire rotation any longer. My appt was 10:15. I arrived at 10:05. Horrible service. I will never be back again

Do not ever want to be scheduled with Richard kindle again for my maintenance car service he was rude I booked an appointment online because I had to change my appointment date and which I did and he was telling me I wasn’t scheduled for my service today and I showed him that it was booked on my phone then he gave me attitude about what I was coming in for today I told him that it was for my 20,000 mile oil change and it won’t cost me anything and he just was rude with the service I had today just don’t want to be scheduled with him for future services
I appreciate the attention and information he provided to me. I took his safety concerns and bought 4 new tires for my vehicle.
