The recommendation from the tech to replace tires was silly....not even 19K miles on the car and recommending new tires. But Nicole was great, got all of my request handled perfectly. And NES....that guy was great. If he's there when it's time for my next vehicle, I will specifically look for him. He is definitely an asset to Toyota.

Service was great everything went as planned. Only complaint I had was somebody trying to tell me I needed my windshield replaced when I got there that I don't even think worked for Toyota for a tiny chip that's been there since the day after I bought it. Also would have been nice since my car was there all day if they would have washed it but I didn't ask. But everything went as expected no complaints

Alex was excellent, and the Toyota team was fast and efficient. They did need to contact Toyota regarding the brakes and advised it would take 2–3 days to receive a callback to schedule the repair. It has now been four days and I have not yet heard back, so I am hoping for an update soon.

After picking up my car, driving home I had the same issue on the screen going blank about 3 times in a 15 minute drive. The phone still doesnt connect when I start my car. It connects to all my other vehicles with my family. I called in and left a VM on my drive home yesterday. But havent heard anything.
