Rick Davis did a fine job. My complaint is with whoever schedules service appointments. I had to wait over 4 hours for a simple maintenance check up on my car. That is unacceptable! I made the appointment for 7:30am so that I wouldn’t have to wait so long, but it still took over 4 hours. And this is not the only appointment that has taken this long. When I bring my car in, I can usually expect at least a 2 hour wait but the past few times I’ve brought my car in, it’s been 3-4 hour waits every time. This is unacceptable & needs to be fixed.
