She did amazing!

Josh was outstanding! I was dropped in his care, as my other ASM’s were out and he treated me with kindness, compassion and patience. Very long story short, I was from out of town in need of service on a used vehicle I just purchased. First, I was able to get a loaner car (thank you WC Toyota) so I could get around. Second, he and Johnathan (Service Tech) assed issue, explained everything in detail and worked to get a timely resolution. While the work was under warranty,Josh had to get approval from his he other Lithia dealer. When he ran into an issue he reached out to inform me and provided guidance on how best to get things resolved. His candor and professionalism is hard to find these days, he is a true gentlemen. I could go on and on, but I am limited on space. If you would further feedback please reach out. Thank you Josh! I now know where to bring my Toyota when I visit Florida.
