Hey so… I don’t know who did the service on my car.. but it was a mess inside when I got it back. Workers definitely ATE in my car, as there was a discarded METAL butter knife, a cherry earring, and some dried up fries all over my passenger side floor, as well as a bunch of dead dried leaves. I know everyone’s gotta eat, but it’s kinda frustrating..

Waited almost 4 hours for a simple oil & filter change. That is absolutely ridiculous. Never in my life have I ever had to wait this long for a simple oil change. What’s the point of having appointment slots? Why give me an appt for 8:30am if my car is just going to sit in the back of the building for almost 3 hours before it even gets touched at all?
