Noticed Door panel was bulging an popped out not repaired at time of inspection, which would have required inspection with the window down to see bulge of incorrect placement of door panel and bad clip, having me return to. Service department after showing them
Defective placement after notifying of incorrect placement & issues of original complaint. Service department stated needed to order part to replace door panel less than 30 days of ownership. Awaiting resolution to door panel issues , problem still pending depending on time considering I work only locally Wednesday 8-5 . Drive over 58 miles to correct issue to have to go back. May need a loaner if cannot be installed within a 5 hour window

I am missing a center wheel cap from the previous visit. They checked the cameras to show my last visit that I came in with all 4 center wheel caps and I left with all 4 center wheel caps. However I know a collision manager at Toyota in south Florida. He said they dont just come off, probably broke the tab while rotating my wheels and just put it back and it came off after I left. I understand but disappointed your technician would admit to breaking something and instead covering it up.
