Mason greeted me like an old friend, efficiently went through the check-in process, and listened carefully to and addressed my concerns. He then fulfilled his expectation that the work would be done promptly. His customer relation skills are excellent.
Initially I was happy but then I see you guys charged me for what you call a "LOANER" vehicle. No one ever discussed a daily rate with me. I was told by multiple people that all I had to do was show my DL, provide proof of INSURANCE, and give a $150 deposit on credit card. Then you charged me $42, and that is sneaky. Good to know you have the service but to sneak the charge in is abhorrent. A "loaner" and a "rental" are completely different animal and you train your staff to keep this a secret.
Rick was very helpful assisting prioritizing the immediate service items to tackle. Coming up with a plan to address additional service items in the next service time.

Refused to service vehicle due to body kit.. refused to replace gas tank??? At first I wanted the tank cleaned and the fuel system bled, when they got the car on a lift they informed me the gas tank had a dent and leak, to which I responded that we should then just get the part ordered and replace it. They refused service at management level, according to the kind service advisor. They also refused to figure out how to reattach rear bumper because of fastening bolt style/layout. A service shop should be able to do all of these things and more regardless of the vehicle’s make, model, or other physical features of the vehicle. If I can take the vehicle to an independent shop and get these repairs done, there’s no reason why a dealership cannot source the parts and service the vehicle the way it needs to be serviced. In short, the dealership refused to perform any work. Even though my vehicle is older (1990) it shouldn’t be disqualified from service for any reason, really.
I really appreciate the opportunity to have a loaner vehicle while my car was being worked on.

Service was good but the prices are way too high. Got a new alternator & drive belt. There is no way it cost that much. I priced them online it doesn't cost that high. The labor is extremely high.
Seems pretty funny everytime I go for service on brand new cars rheee is some sort of issue where I have to pay out of pocket

Almost 3 hours for an oil change is completely ridiculous.... Just because "it's not a Toyota".
