While the overall the mechanical service and repair was excellent. And I will always be thank full to Toyota and your dealership for diagnosing the problem and identifying it as an issue that Toyota would correct. My only issue with the service is that a service was recommended; the cooling fluid for the repaired inverter be replaced. That seemed unusual for it to be a customer charged service in that the action should, it seems, related to the covered repair. The charge was removed after my text to the Service Rep.

Hello, I find it absolutely insane that a scheduled oil change w a 9:30am appointment time should take 3.5 hours to complete. Although I can understand that Saturday’s can be busy, it should not under any circumstances take 3.5 hours for an oil change. Either too many appointments are scheduled or the service department is not being run efficiently. Most people have better things to do then have to sit in a dealership waiting for 3.5 hours to just get their oil changed. A full vehicle inspection wasn’t even completed so there’s again no reason to take 3.5 hours

I love my Toyota Tundra. It will be 25 years old soon. I am afraid to get a new one. Every truck manufactur is having many recalls. This includes all manufactures. Vehicles are getting too complicated with all the fancy electronics. Every one knows this.
