Regarding the trade-in amount… I declined that here in the survey because I had already received one when I was on site.
I had hoped that they will catch the issue with my AC not cooling when they did the inspection. Instead I was told later that the ac service does not cover looking at the rest of the ac sub system. I was asked to do evac and refrigerant service and then troubleshoot afterwards which would require additional diagnostic fees. I just felt I was being sold services that were not even required. Was very disappointing
Donal was great. The only thing am a little disappointed is who ever drove my van stain the driver seat with something black. It could be oil or grease. Not sure.
