I was extremely disappointed with the way my car was returned after service. The driver’s side mat was left in complete disarray, and shockingly, a smoking device was left behind in my vehicle. This is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customer property. I trusted this dealership with my car and expected far better care. And they nerve to try to sell me a new car!
This was my first service ever with Toyota and I was genuinely impressed with how everything got done and everything completed in under an hour!

I have a life threatening issue where the car hesitates on occasion when getting into traffic. It bogs down an then catches and goes. Nothing was found during a test drive by service. My Sienna now scares us about being hit while pulling onto traffic. Not satisfied...
