The service advisor was great. He made the comeback situation very pleasant unfortunately on the first visit with a tire repair they did not balance the tire correctly and we had to make the 50 mile round-trip to get the tire balanced correctly. The car is not vibrating anymore. Thanks

Transparency is a must, honesty is vital in any form of business. This is my second time going there to do the work of (oil/filter change). However everything that involved the cooperation between client and service went great. I just hope that my next time there I may experience something similar.

Bad communication and im not satisfied with the work they did in my car
The service technician, Alexander Ro, was very courteous and I have no issue with him whatsoever. That said, the pricing at this dealership is ridiculously high compared to other Toyota Dealers. $122 for an oil change for a RAV4 is inflated, to say the least. My first experience was a disappointment as well, but for the sake of convenience, I tried this dealership again.
Damian Griswold was very kind and informative during my experience. He was very accommodating and handled multiple clients with speed and care, definitely a great asset for the company.
