Daniel did a great job, and got me a good deal. I know my car needed some service.
My experience was happy and pleasing. Alexander was attentive to my requests for service of my car. He kept me informed as to the progress of work being done. He made sure I had water to drink and where his station was in case I needed anything. When a part was needed and the car had to be held overnight, he took me to the lady to get a rental. The next day when the work was completed, he said my good as new car was ready. He handled the paperwork with ease. I drove home a very satisfied customer.

I was greeted promptly by Rick, who mentioned that he owns the same vehicle and offered some helpful recommendations. I shared a few concerns with my vehicle, and Rick demonstrated excellent knowledge in addressing them. After reviewing the inspection video, I was pleased to see that those same concerns were identified.
I also noticed a discrepancy regarding the spark plug maintenance being listed as due. Rick immediately reviewed my service history and confirmed that the maintenance had already been completed, which I greatly appreciated.
Rick is an outstanding service advisor—knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. I look forward to working with him again in the future.
