Tire Tech scratched/marred every single alloy wheel during the tire change.

I went there for battery issues. My battery was dead. I got it jumped went to the service department. They only tested the battery. They should have put a new battery in. It is a brand new vehicle five days old right out of the showroom. I purchased a very very expensive vehicle brand new from Toyota. Third day I was unable to start it. I took it back to the service department yesterday they only tested the battery. I spoke to the salesman this morning. He said that they should have put a new battery in. They did not so guess what here I am the second morning in a row with my godchildren, dressed, ready to go out for the weekend and I have a dead battery on a brand new vehicle $90,000 unacceptable by me and all means. I am very unhappy with the service I got with the way I was treated by the service department and they did not do their job that is so unacceptable. I do not have a good feeling going forward with Toyota’s service department at all, and I am very unsatisfied knowing that I bought a $90,000 vehicle and the service department can’t even change a battery wow I will be following a complaint with a higher ups at Toyota

Joseph was very helpful and I really appreciated the updates he sent while working on my car.

Service was good, however Maintenance Required notification still popping up in vehicle. Not sure the issue was thoroughly inspected.

I particularly enjoyed Nicole. She not only was very friendly but she was very knowledgeable about my RAV4. The service team figured out what the problem was I was having with my SUV &’fixed it. So grateful!!

Well I don't know about a job well done we left the dealership it was pouring down rain we get back to Spring Hill and it's dry and mint we run into some nasty love bugs in which covered my windshield so I hit the washer fluid and guess what not one drop of fluid in the box so yeah job well done no job done yes was my main issue taking care of rear tire was replaced air pressure was unstable the left rear had 35 lb in it front left right front and right rear 30 lb Joseph absolutely on point Captain contact with us, your service team who took care of my vehicle NOT SO GOOD. Any one can anything on paper mis sing valve caps i had 4 when I came in left 2 out of 3 felling a little bit bitter ????

Josh was great, very easy to speak with, he conveyed the concerns of the mechanics very clearly. When all was done and paid for he checked back in with me twice to make sure the velvet's were bringing car around.
