I gave the vehicle for regular service with oil change and tire rotation on Saturday at 11am and inspection results came at 3pm and got a call from Representative at 4:50 pm that service center is going to close. I haven’t got any updates when my vehicle will be ready and no update once it’s ready for delivery. Very poor service. I used to give service at different dealers so far and no dealer took this much time and this kind of service
I will never bring my car for service to this establishment again. The Toyota representative was disrespectful and lacking in professionalism.
Why does it take 3 hours to get an oil change that was scheduled? It took three hours of my precious time. Richard was a great guy and nothing against his customer service!
The alignment wasn’t done right, the steer ring wheel jitters and car moves into one direction when driving straight. This should have not been an issue since the tires I bought are brand new, factory tires. I need another mechanic to look into getting it done again. Hopefully someone who has more experience

Time after time I come to this dealership and things are incomplete. You rotate the tires but can’t fill them up. Follow through and quit being cheap and lazy with customers who are still under Toyota care. Very disappointing.
Was fine. Tech put wrong pressure in tires 35 instead of 38. Said air filter didn’t need changing yet but looked like a charge for one in invoice. No charge to me but. Someone. Amanda was great. Tech maybe a little work. lol thanks good job overall ????????
