I was charged to have my tires aligned but the report I got shows that a wheel that was out of alignment was not changed at all in the before and after. I tried to contact Rick about this and did not hear back besides sending me this survey.

There was a miscommunication with the service representative at check in. I wanted to get a set of Michelin Defender 2. I ended up with a set of Toyo Extensa A/S,II. I talked to the service representative & he said the Toyo tires were what I requested even though I had paperwork for the Michelin tires. Anyway, I was pressed for time, said OK,because I and needed to leave.

Service rep was very pleasant. Costs are high for some services. Quoting over 300 to change a light bulb is excessive.
