Assigned agent for Mr service was rude, lazy and completely condescending. Sitting in the dealership waiting for the service to complete. She called me numerous times on my phone (rather than talk to me in person in the waiting area). I was told a text of recommended service needed to be approved or disapproved to complete my service appointment. I’ve been servicing my vehicle here since I purchased it here (over a year now) and never had this “you need to respond to the text, to go forward.” Every other agent approached me and we had a discussion. When vehicle was completed I received yet another call asking to approach the agents to complete. Upon walking to the agent desk area I understood why I was such a **** of a customer to this agent. Her playing on her phone was the priority. I threw away a napkin I got from the coffee area by the desk and it appeared I may overstepped my welcome with all the “clutching my pearls” noises that emitted from my agent. Was told my car would be in the drive port (as normal), however 15 minutes there. It still had not showed up. Four valets in the garage doing nothing but I’m waiting on my car. Finally after confusion of where my car was. They found my key, my car and assigned a valet to retrieve it. Managerial oversight is needed for both valets and service agents. Worst experience I’ve had at the dealership. Highly recommend you never assign me Nicole again as a service agent. Her lack of professionalism and customer service skills were completely lacking. Signed a recently retired naval officer who has an MBA in organizational management and development.

Rick always takes good care of us. He keeps us apprised every step of the way. He’s always welcoming and upfront with what is most urgent and doesn’t pressure us to do more than we can do.

Wesley Chapel Toyota dealership was extremely busy while I was at my service appointment. Nicole was excellent and I don’t believe it was fault but 2 hrs for basically a tire rotation. Never waited that long. Also long wait after I checked out some confusion bringing cars out to customers and trying to leave the garage with three lanes of incoming cars that blocked me from moving I’m sure you have cameras so check the footage No way any of this was Nicole’s fault. Dealership seemed in disarray but I realize your a busy place.
