Joseph understood my concern with my car. Ran a couple of diagnostic tests on my car and came back with positive results. Joseph was still concerned and did not wanted me to leave the shop and then be stranded on the side of the highway. He ran one more test and found the issue with my car. He’s kind and caring for customers to leave the shop 100% satisfied. Good job Joseph. A+

Today my car didn’t start. The battery was supposed to be checked yesterday and all battery marks were checked as good. I’m very disappointed that I had to get a new battery today elsewhere. Apparently the battery was not checked.
