I will be shopping around other Toyota dealership for my services after 8 years of loyalty. My interaction with Nicole was unpleasant to say the least. To be fair I’ve had great experiences with other reps. Just not yesterday. Your prices on certain services are higher than other Toyota dealers (some are as far or closer) but that’s where I purchased my truck and started doing my maintenance and I just never changed.
I was trying to get a discount (as I always do) through some coupons and one was expired. Fair enough so I asked if there’s anything she could do. She said no. I understand that have some discretions. Normally I am gifted with the standard 10% when I ask and it is greatly appreciated!! So I decided to look around online and found some coupon and asked if she would do a match. She said only certain ones. I showed it to her and she ultimately agreed to accept but it took some pushing on my part. She was not happy about my persistency and it was evident. I don’t know what the big deal was if you take competitor coupons or match. My complaint has more to do with our interaction of me not backing down trying to get a discount and her unwillingness to be as helpful as possible than the actual discount itsel. I’m sure she’s a nice person but yesterday did not come across that way.

I was in and out in about an hour, one of my tires had a nail in it but was under warranty, the car drove fantastic when I left.

I had a two hour wait for an oil change. They noticed a nail in my tire and had to wait for authorization when they knew i already had the tire package when i bought the car. I was told they were short staffed, on a Saturday, who does that? Saturday is one of the busiest days of the week. Horrible experience.

They rectified the bad alignment from the appointment two weeks ago. I just shouldn't have had to come back in the first place.
Also, the last time the under the hood insulation was ripped and now I have to pay to replace it. That is unacceptable. I should only have to pay half. It was a little ripped but it was not completely ripped!
