Courteous and done in under an hour
I was surprised on how fast I was in and out today and Nicole was very informative on what could wait and what needs to be done immediately and why. It was appreciated.

It was very knowledgeable and an over all the recommended services that need to be done on my vehicle in the future or near future. Also show me about the discount coupons for different services. Very much appreciated.
Mason was fine, but whoever moved my car changed my A/C settings and not only moved my seat closer (which is fine) but also changed the height and the angle of the seat, which I view as unnecessary. I mean seriously, you are moving the car 100 feet not 100 miles. Plus I arrived at 7:15 for a 7:45 oil change and it took almost 2 hours.
The advisor doesn’t listen.

The oil change was fine but there was a charge for fuel system cleaner on the bill for $12 mol. There was no discussion regarding this additive in advance. I was told the dealership had a started adding this “pour-in” additive several months ago. Oddly, the service advisor was unable to say whether it was added to the fuel tank or the crank case when I questioned the procedure. It looks like a SET product so maybe there’s a contest to see who can sell the most of this additive. I don’t think anyone appreciates unapproved work on their vehicle.
Richard Davis was great. My wait time for a oil change was under an hour.

I was very pleased with Lisa. She was very much On Time when she told me how long it would take and she checked in with me while I was waiting to make sure I didn’t need anything so I strongly enjoy coming there for Lisa to be my advisor.
I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for a recall on my Highlander and was told that a 9:30 slot was available. Damian had been my service writer and I was told he no longer worked there and that Joseph would be taking care of me. When I arrived the appointment was not in your system so I was now a walk in and that Jared would be taking care of me. When he came to the vehicle he was pleasant but didn’t introduce himself. I was told in would several hours to get the work done which I understand without an appointment is normal. I have 28 years of dealership experience with 17 of those at Toyota and know that these things happen. I sat there from 9:30 until 1:17 when my vehicle was brought up and I never received any kind of status update from Jared, Damian would come and update me once or twice at my previous visits. I didn’t feel welcome this time as I had at all of my other appointments. I will still continue to bring my vehicle there for service but would want a different service writer preferably with the same team that Damian had.
Richard was very helpful and kind. I appreciate his commitment to fixing the issue I was scheduled for.
