The service advisor was extremely excellent and the issue lied with the mechanic lying to get more money out of me as stating my cabin filter and engine filter needed to be replaced when I knew it didn't cause I replaced them last month and Joshua reviewed video and stated it as well that they were clean and good now the issue is that after oil change im hearing a whilst noise that wasn't there prior to oil change
I came in with a tire light on, they rotated, the tires, and the next day. The tire light was on in a different location!
