Took Donald 25+ minutes to check me in. Others kept apologizing and said it wouldn't be much longer but didn't help. Others came after me and were served first. Then was told me it would be wbe 2 more hours for the oil change cause now lots more ahead. That's 2.5 hours of waiting with an appointment.
