Excellent, prompt service from friendly faces
I arrived at 5 for my 530 appt. At 715 I questioned how much longer and was then told my vehicle had not gone back for service. I was not informed of anything prior to me asking. I was told by Nicole my 520 appointment was the time for the advisor. I was extremely upset and felt that my time was not valued. As I asked her why wasn’t I informed about the delay, she told me about how busy her day was, as if that should take precedence over my delay. She also told me that”don’t be rude” because I told her I only wanted to know about how much longer it was going to take with my car. This is my second visit to this dealership and both visits have been negative. I will not be coming back. I would like a return call from a manager.
Rock was great to deal with. Superior customer service skills. Definitely will be requesting him for future visits. Paul in service also did a great job documenting and explaining what he found. Repairs were done quickly. Thanks for a great visit!

Parece que no hay buenos mecánicos,he ido varias veces por el mismo problema del carro,espero por largas horas mas de 4 horas,el carto tiene un ruido al girar,pero no revisan si en alguna parte falta grasa,o algo asi.! No entiendo de que manera trabajan ,si me hacen esperar por largas horas.
Not enough folks in the car return area! Not sure if folks were at lunch had wait 15 minutes to get the cars moved so I could drive my car out. Thanks

An oil change and tire rotation took almost 3 hours. Don was wonderful but since I had an appointment I was expecting service to be much faster.
It was not fixed when I brought it in the first time!! So had to drive back on Monday to get the recall fixed!! I do not live close to the dealership!! Just bad service!
