Poor customer service.I was waiting for 2 and 1/2 hours without any information about my cars oil change and tire rotation service. After that wait,I had to approach the assistant service manager in order to have an update, and I was told I had to wait 1.5 to 2 more hours to get the service done and that they had not yet started working on my car. More than 4 hours waiting for a very simple work. I decided to take my car to my regular car dealer for maintenance. That was my first time at Wesley Chapel Toyota. No service provided.
