Rodney was great with explaining and showing how the new system works. It was quite simple and convenient to see the MPI and pay my bill before returning to pick up my vehicle. As always, my experience was excellent and we will continue to use University Toyota as our Toyota dealership and service provider.
Rodney was great and helped me make sense of the new system that Toyata is inplementing. It had me confused at first but getting to see the videos disclosing the findings the mechanic made was great.
Purchased my tires from University Toyota. Brought my car in to have a flat tire fixed. Sat in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours to get it fixed. Then upon completion was going to be charged $320 for the tire. So no communication between the technicians and my service personnel. Have been going to this university motors service department for the past seven years. I’ve had great experiences except for this one. Was not a very happy customer at this appointment.
Yes they are very efficient and the mechanics are outstanding I appreciate their hard work!
Didn’t top off fluid. Wanted to potentially charge me for a noise I heard in front end. It’s a new truck. 5,000 miles. Tundra.

My only comment is that my truck’s battery was dead when I got there. That is obviously not your fault but for some reason my inspection report says that the battery is fine. I am not sure how or why that could have been missed on the inspection.
