After tire rotation I noticed wheel shake at about 40 miles per hour
Vehicle was presented for 30,000 mile service. After picking up the car, my wife reported a petroleum smell and louder than usual operation. After driving it all day, I checked under the hood and found that the cap where oil is added had not been replaced, and instead was sitting under the hood near the front of the vehicle. It appears the technician forgot to replace the cap. Oil was splashed across the engine.

I will share my comments and experience with Tyler in person. I was very disappointed in this latest visit.
The wrong viscosity oil has been being put in our 2006 Sienna and has created leaks. We also have probably been charged for a more expensive synthetic oil, which we e should be reimbursed. Also, the leaks should be corrected by Toyota. The exact scenario happened on a 2011 Outback with Subaru. They admitted their mistake, changed to the correct viscosity and that car now in my daughter's care doesn't use a drop of oil at about 210,000 miles.
I loved university motors for my service on my last Prius and will be switching to univ motors for all service on my new Prius. The service department is really great!!

Very disappointed with this customer services. Noone acknowledged my presence. Arrival early was not appreciated. Everyone in the service area seemed busy with themselves! No coffee for the customers. This was the second reappointment due to the incomplete order of the part. The first visit was 2 hours wait before notification of the mistakes. Poor service as compared with previous team that we continued for over 7 years after I moved in Morgantown and purchased the truck from this Toyota. Good customer service is essential for keeping the business.
