Rodney was fine - busy as heck as his counter part was not at work. These are things I noted upon leaving service. Inside driver door, driver seat, steering wheel and gear shift knob had visible dirt on them from whoever was working within the car. I had to remove the driver side floor mat to remove excess fluid from my shoes after pumping gas at a gas station that had a gas spill to get the gas smell out of my car. I did not properly re-attach the mat back into place after doing that and noticed it was not fixed which has been part of the maintenance check in the past. This service was for 5k service and I was told the tires would be rotated. Due to the large amounts of snow recently, there was excess build up in the tire wells - literally almost touching the tires. On this particular day, the temperatures were higher and the build up was beginning to be melted enough that it could be removed. 3 of the 4 tire wells still had the snow build up when I was given the car back. I removed the build up in the parking lot before leaving. This leads me to question, were the tires actually rotated? I don’t know - not sure how they would have been with that snow remaining. This makes me question how “complete” of a service was really done. Fluids topped off? Etc. My visit was 45 min at best and there were MANY cars and people there for service.

Didn’t reset my dashboard to say they did an oil change and also didn’t refill my windshield washer fluid. Went on a road trip next day ran out of fluid on interstate could barely see out the windshield had to pull off at a gas station and buy some.
The service guy was great. He kept me informed and check out very easy. But the service of my vehicle was unsatisfactory. I had my Toyota Camry in for its 20,000 service that I had to pay for a tire rotation and for some reason the tire pressures were a little off, 37 psi, 36 psi, 31 psi, and 29 psi in the tires. So were the tires actually rotated considering the pressure in the tires were never checked. ???
Rodney helped me with my key fob. And made a solid recommendation on new tires. Thx.
You can’t even reset the clock after messing it up? I can understand maybe not resetting the radio presets, but basically you just replaced the faulty computer console and expected me to reconnect and redo everything. My salesman sat with me and set all that stuff up originally, but I had to drag out the manual and figure it out for myself (still not sure I did it all correctly). Why not have a salesman help me out? It would be good practice for them. Also, the body shop can’t take a couple of minutes to see the crack in the plastic on the hatchback? Instead, you want me to bring my car back the next day, when a blizzard is predicted? This isn’t outstanding customer service. I’ve given lots of good reviews over the years, but this was disappointing.
I made my appointment online for them to change cabin and engine filters,that was missed. I also 28 points inspection and that too was not done. It's like nobody looks at the online request.
I appreciate this service technician and only want to deal with him. I have had issues with Rodney and don’t want him doing anything service on my truck. Rodney has done me wrong in the past and I had to go over his head that’s why I don’t deal with him. Thank you.
