I like Rodney and the service I received. I don't like that this email lied to me about being "one question" followed by another question asking about trade ins. Lesson learned, won't do these surveys in the future.

We were concerned when the Sequioa had a second problem with the air conditioner but when we found out it was a problem with a machine that needed calibrated that checks the air conditioner we understood.

Warranty Service was explained fully. I waited in waiting room and read until I received a text that the job was completed. Whole process took about an hour. I understand that I will be notified when next warranty service is due. Very easy process.

Your new texting/website details and pictures is incredibly impersonal. I still needed to go to the desk to ask what the pictures and recommendations even meant. Example: my tires were rated a 4 but recommended I replace them. But when Rodney explained it the 4 is in the green a 3 is in the yellow and a 2 is in the red and needs replaced. He also explained they could not find the leak on my tire that was giving me trouble so all in all nothing needed replaced at this very moment but the website explained NONE of that to me. After making my selections of doing nothing at this time I continued to wait for an additional 45 minutes for the second text to check out. I became impatient not understanding why I couldn’t check out when I chose for them to do no additional work at this time. I asked them how much longer and they said it was ready. After checking out and walking to my car I then got a text saying my car was ready and I could check out. Overall NOT an efficient new system. I give it a 1/10 because I do like the pictures. Nothing else about it.

I spent 4 hours at the dealership because Derek put the wrong tag on my keys and apparently they weren't aware I was there waiting for the service. Even though when I booked the appointment I advised I was going to be waiting with it and I also verbally confirmed with Derek at 7:30 am that I'd be waiting at the dealership and he told me to proceed to the waiting area. After I was extremely patient... I finally asked about the status at 10:50 am and was told that my service hadn't even begun. Rodney apologized at that time and then I was ready to pick up my vehicle 40 mins later at 11:30 am. At that point I again spoke to Derek and he made no acknowledgement of his mistake and he didn't offer any apology for the 4 hour wait. Also when I got home and checked my oil level I noticed that the oil was over full.

Refreshing to go to a business where people seem to enjoy what they do. Everyone there today was pleasant and appeared to enjoy the services provided. Appreciate the videos/pictures that are provided to explain what was completed. Well done Rodney Lambert and company!
