Not sure why mechanics would need in my safety /lock box but it was open when I got in. I shut it but it popped open several times on way home. Tried rearranging items and removing items, but it won't stay shut. I'll have to bring it back for maintenence.
I made an appointment to have my Sienna served. I was then called back and told someone wanted to discuss offers on a new purchase. I wasn’t looking for a new one, but finally said I would see what was offered. When I arrived the person I was to meet with was not in yet. I was then treated like you were doing me a favor to try to find what I was looking for. I didn’t come looking but said I would listen to what offers there were.
The service was taken care of very quickly. Blaine is a very nice young man and was very pleasant to talk to.
Happy with the speed and professionalism. That makes it much more likely I’ll be back.
Blaine listened to me and consulted a more experienced staff person regarding a warranty question. He really tried hard to listen and answer all my questions.
While the entire staff has been very polite, I’ve unfortunately been unable to get my tires installed on my 2025 RAV4 after 13 days, 2 tire orders, and two service appointments scheduled. I understand that mistakes happen but I have to make sure I can safely travel. I had decided to use another company to meet my needs.
The service was wonderful and quick. Tyler went beyond super with his help. I am very pleased and would highly recommend the dealership.
Everything went very smoothly. I miss Ron but hopefully these new service representatives will do a good job. Hopefully Moses will be as good as University Motors.
