Your labor cost is $170.00/HR. Dan Cava is $150.00 and Mike Wood Uniontown is $165.00. Congratulations, you are the highest and I got to pay the most. Then there was a $17.13 charge for using a credit card. Neither of your above competitors apply this charge.I got 3 appointment reminders from you, with no mention that I maybe should bring a check or debit card. You did not wash my truck before returning it to me. Lack of class!! Quite frankly, I was a customer. I deserve better than Moses provides. You had my truck for 1.5 hours at a rate of $392.12/HR. Your Service Department gets a 10 and the dealership gets a 2 (just for being open on a Thursday).
Less than 12 hours later still making the same noise. It is brand new. I should not be having any issues.
Derek handled my request professionally and expeditiously. I would not hesitate to recommend Moses Toyota to anyone.
Excellent service. Friendly, nice, professional. Easy check in and out. Asked to have brakes checked and explained there was debris. Nice to have honest people and not try to se me new brakes I didn’t need.
It would be good to get a copy of the results of the inspection. My other dealership provides a checklist and tells me how much brake pads are left. Tires, pressure, tread life, etc. Also my tire rotation sticker with mileage noted was removed from my windshield. A new sticker not placed to remind of next service due. Trip A or B setting not reset.
Everything was smooth from start to finish.
Helpful and efficient. Very pleasant experience.
Great customer service and accommodations.
Rodney represented Moses Toyota vet well. You should know that I conferred specifically with Rodney as a result of our previous experiences. He is an asset to your organization.
Thank you, Rodney.
Great job! Excellent service!
A multi point inspection was completed but my tire pressure light was on, I got a report that all my tire pressures were normal but no one said anything about the light. I should have told them it was on but I figured they would see that and make note in report if it was an error. I hope they actually checked my tire pressure. But now I’ll have to check it mit myself and add air. In that way the communication could have been better. I only service my car here and I’d like to continue to receive top notch service that helps me and my car stay protected.
My vehicle service should have been taken care of because the service dept broke a piece off of seat when doing a recall
Our truck is worse I'm not a Happy camper the oul light is still on now our battery light is on gas light plus transmission light is all on wasn't like this b4 that guy that was in training did our truck now its worse idk what they did to it today.
My truck smelled like oil , hand prints on the door and armrest of the console
I took my 2019 Toyota RAV4 in initially on 11/29/24 for an oil change, tire rotation, warranty repair, and a leaking tire. This was a scheduled appointment over the phone.
Upon arrival on 11/29, they had no idea about the warranty part and needed to re-order it. They couldn’t find a leak in my tire even though I told them I have to put air in it every other day. I didn’t press the tire issue. They still did the oil change and tire rotation and scheduled the warranty repair for 12/11/24. No problems there.
On my 12/11 appointment at 8:30am, they were able to start the warranty repair. I mentioned the leaking tire again because I had to put air in it several times in between appointments. Suddenly this time they were able to find a hole in it. While I was in the waiting area, they told me via the texting service that they ordered a new tire and scheduled me to come back in the next day to get it installed. Until then, I would be on my spare tire and the tire with a hole in it was in my trunk. I told them via the text service that my girlfriend would be bringing the car in the next day due to my work schedule.
I kept waiting for the warranty repair to be done and by this time it was 12:30pm. I had to go in and ask for the status of my car and they told me my car had been ready for over an hour. The departments were clearly not communicating with each other.
The next day, 12/12, my girlfriend brings the car back in for the tire installation. She gave my name for the appointment and they had no idea what needed done. They called me during work so I could clarify. After explaining, they still didn't even remember if they ordered a tire. They said it apparently got delayed and rescheduled me once again to come in on 12/16 to do the tire installation.
Once again, my girlfriend had to take the car in on 12/16 due to my work schedule. After she gives them my name, they once again were confused what needed to be done to the car. After she explained, they did not know if I ordered the tire through them or not. They then asked why there was another tire sitting in my trunk when they were the ones to put it in there the week prior.
There is clearly a lack of communication and note-taking between the different departments at Toyota. It was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.
Left dome light on and it had been on for hours, also did not fix speedometer back to way it was after turning off service light, new car took me 15 minutes to get it back to normal where speed was displayed
