Service and wait time were great
My intake person always does a great job. I asked for spare tire to be inflated properly to remove code from dash, but this was not done. All other work done well.
It was a pleasant experience.

Making appointment was difficult for 3 days I kept calling you for appointment and no answer, when finally I was able to reach you people and make appointment, I got to U motors and they told me they can’t find me ??????!!!! And I don’t have an appointment, I showed them the text message and they took my car ….
I don’t know even what kind of service I received, there was no communication…. My maintenance light is on and I mentioned it but they still did not do oil change and other routine services and light is still up ..,,customer service was terrible and bad…
Previous owners had much better customer service ….
I used to get texts when oil change and service was due, but now I don’t receive these text messages and when I call no answer and when I go there no help ….
Today’s service was the worst customer service I ever had ….

Issue with my remote start not working was still unresolved after being there 2 hours. A little disappointed but the people in the service department were very nice. No issues with them personally.
If you are going to charge tip dollars you need to dollar service. For a little less money the Toyota dealer near home washes and vacuumed your car with a service call. And has a snack area, wifi charging and a person comes and tells you your work is completed not a very impersonal message on my phone. If there wwas another dealer close I wouldn't come here!
Been satisfied everything when we had the vehicle there.
Spent all day there for a simple fix turns out they just ended up telling me they couldn't fix it id have to be sent to Ford too close to when they close so I basically wasted my day there

I don't not appreciate that I am charged a fee to pay by Credit Card. I haven't had Checking acct for 20 yrs. I do not carry cash. If you need equipment to process CC Call Clear Mt Bank.
It was quick and they answered all my questions.
