Although I am completely satisfied with the timely and exceptional service on my TRD Offroad I have a concern:
Upon leaving the dealership, when pulling out of the lot, I noticed a prior trail of oil on the pavement coming from lot and heading toward downtown Morgantown for as far as I could see. I went the other way and didn't folliw the trail.
Only had a slow leak in my tire and it’s a 2025. Trade appraisal not needed and Tyler was wonderful
Rodney, was so helpful. He squeezed me in because I am traveling for work and my car was making a strange noise. I was afraid to drive (5 hours) back home. Even though they were busy, he was so kind and really went above and beyond to help me!! We need more people like him in the service industry. Thanks again, Rodney!
