Blaine was very kind and courteous. He listened to all my concerns and tried to help the best he cld. Ultimately though I was told by the service dept and apparently through higher ups at Toyota that my headlights are supposed to be defective. My view is obstructed to the point at night that I cannot drive the vehicle safely. I am very disappointed and up to this point Toyota has always been number one in the vehicle dept, not sure I feel the same now. I am honestly dumbfounded that they wld allow me and my family to drive such an unsafe vehicle. Do better Toyota!

I will most likely come back but I’m confused as to why I wasn’t able to get what I asked for fixed.
I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. EIGHT days later, I had to get 4 new tires while in Pennsylvania. I thought i just had a flat but upon further inspection all four of tires were splitting on the inside. The service person said there was NO way this was not seen during my rotation. However NO ONE mentioned anything about this when my hiabans picks up my car. ALSO he said there was NO way that damage happened over 8 days. How do you rotate a tire and not see the threads coming out. Since I've moved to Fairmont I have only had my car serviced by Moses for nearly 2 years now. I am so disappointed in this lack of care.
