Discussed with Blaine on the phone after appointment. The quality of service we have received since Moses took over has been poor. It seems each time we have service done there is some kind of issue. First visit you forgot to put the cap back on after the oil change. Second time I was told it would take no more than an hour and I ended up sitting there for 2.5 hours. Third time you forgot to put a lug nut on one of my wheels. This most recent time Rodney tried to convince me without even looking into my concern that the new wheel placed on the car was not in new condition. Just out of the realm of believability considering the other 3 were fine. He wanted me to believe two wheels were significantly scratched while the other two were still in excellent condition. Instead of listening to me he just yelled at me “I don’t understand what your issue is.” No attempt to address my concern, just immediate dismissal. Separately, the other issues I’ve encountered is a lack of professionalism. I’ve mentioned Rodney’s issues with this recent time, but there are other instances where I asked to have an alignment done as well and Rodney responds with such an attitude as if I have bothered him by having to put an additional service on the car today. I always feel like he’s rushing me out because he doesn’t want to work with customers. Additionally, you have your check in lady casually keeping her vape out on her desk, and a salesman vaping in the parking lot. I don’t care if you want to smoke or vape but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a level of professionalism while on the job. Overall, I find it very hard to trust Moses Toyota Morgantown with the care of my vehicles given the lack of attention to detail and level of aggression displayed by the staff. I could accept one of the issues I’ve encountered as everyone having an off day, but it is too consistent to think otherwise. I’d like to believe whoever reads this cares but I’ve filled this out before with similar complaints and nothing ever changes.

The staff were very helpful and polite through the whole process. While my car was getting worked on, I was approached multiple times with updates on time and reasons for the lengthy wait time. The mechanics did a wonderful job and I am more than satisfied with my choice to come to Moses for all my car needs.
