$100 for an oil change and tire rotation! Talk about ripping people off. I can do this work myself for $40. What a joke. $180 to diagnose the RCD? I bet you just need to reset the computer. I’ll never bring my business back to your dealership.
Yes, I am satisfied with the work done to my vehicle today and especially the professionalism exhibited by Eric Jones. I was there for about three hours getting repairs and he came back to the waiting area several times to keep me informed of the progress of the repairs being done. I plan on using this dealership for future service needs for this vehicle.
I got there about half hour early because I was going shopping at Walmart a little way from Moses. Mr. Lambert took me in right away and checked me in and my husband picked me up, went shopping was gone about an hour. I checked my message as I was leaving Walmart and the car was already done. Didn't have to make a separate trip to pick it back up. Was very pleased. Thank you
I was pleased with the service and I like the waiting area. I especially liked the e-communications throughout the process.
Work was good and price was not bad.
Picked up the car. As soon as I got on the road, the “engine maintenance required, contact dealer” indicator came on. I’m guessing they didn’t reset it. This indicator is really annoying and kind of dangerous as it continues to pop up and block important information, even when you try to clear it to see the speed or gas mileage. If there is a way for me to reset it, I would, but there doesn’t appear to be a way for me to do that.
Rodney did a fantastic job keeping me apprised of what was going on with repairs and what my options were!
