Found damage to the front of my car that wasn’t there before I pulled it into your service area. It’s right of the driver side fog light. Also found stickers stuck to the metal part on my driver side windshield wiper blade. Remnants of the previous inspection sticker that was scraped off from the inside of the windshield. I got most of the stickers off, but there’s still some left on the windshield wiper metal holder.
I dropped off my vehicle before 8:30 a.m.,and was told that my vehicle would be ready by 1:00 p.m.. I never received any updates during my service and nobody contacted me to let me know it wasn't going to be ready at 1:00. I had to call to get an update and nobody had started on my vehicle yet. I was told they would try to get it started soon. I was not contacted when it was finished. I had to message about the status of my vehicle and was finally told it was finished.
Always great service at University Toyota. I have had my 1979 Toyota 4wd hilux pickup, 2002 Toyota Tacoma, and 2022 Toyota Tacoma Limited serviced at the dealership since they opened. Bought 2002 and 2022 Tacomas at University Motors.
First time that I had a female mechanic. Very cool.

2 1/2 hours for a state inspection..
I have been a loyal Toyota customer since 2003, yet I am completely disappointed with the service here at University Toyota. Back in January, I alerted the service center that my car was making noise it shouldn’t be making and I was leaving to drive to Louisiana, so I wanted to make sure my car was safe. I was assured nothing was wrong with my car, however, the noise didn’t stop. In fact, it got worse. So in June, I brought my car again to get serviced, and again I mentioned the noise. We had the team change my tires and breaks and I asked them to check the exhaust system because the car is making noise it shouldn’t be making. And yet again, I was assured nothing was wrong with the car. In the months since June, the noise has again started to get worse, so since your team can’t seem to think, I started reading google and watching YouTube videos on bad noises a car makes, and I guessed that my wheel bearings were bad. So, I bring my car in AGAIN, and I have to tell your service team what is wrong with my car. And yes, they found bad wheel bearings. Your mechanics couldn’t find something wrong with my car, when I complained about it repeatedly, but I found it in one google search??!! And come to find out, this is incredibly dangerous! I have been driving on bad wheel bearings for at least 10 months. I’m incredibly fortunate I haven’t been in a serious accident. I drive the interstate everyday and could have killed myself or others because your team didn’t do the investigation I asked them to do. I am not a mechanic. I don’t know what is serious or not. That is why I pay you to work on my car and to do inspections on my car and to take me seriously when I say something is wrong. Then, to top it all off, you want to charge me $1000 to do the work when another dealership in town is willing to do the work for $400. I will be very blunt right now. I will not return to University Toyota unless you replace these parts for free. The danger I’ve put myself and others in driving this car for MONTHS with no knowledge of that danger is absolutely unacceptable.
I'm just glad my car is drivable again.
