Nothing is fixed. Car works just the same. Nothing works better. Nearly had an accident breaking system, not working window, not going up heating system, not working properly

After I left my car for service my husband went in for emergency surgery. I called Mitchell asking if I could return the loaner car the next morning because it was 5:30 and my husband was still in surgery. He said “absolutely and I applaud you for having your priorities in order.” He could not have been more kind or understanding. His kindness will not be forgotten.
