Erik always greets me with a nice smile. He always takes the time to explain the service thoroughly. Throughout the time my car is with the service department he keeps me informed with the inspection and how long service will take to complete and when my car will be ready for oick up. I chose to come back to Lexus of Glendale to service my car from the valley area because of my service consultant Erik and the entire team. Thank you all for all your hard work.
